Things people ask before installing.

01Is there any AI involved in the progression engine?
No. It's simple math on your own history — reps and sets you actually hit, compared against your target ranges, with your configured increment applied. Rules a strength coach could explain on a napkin. No model, no black box, no AI.
02Do I have to use the social feed?
No. The feed is opt-in, per-workout. You can keep everything private or share to followers. There are no public profiles by default and no “discover” page.
03Android?
We're working on it. We've focused on iOS as those are the devices the team uses, but Android support is coming soon. No timeline promised.
04What happens to my data if I cancel?
Everything stays. The Pro features lock; your log doesn't. Your full history stays on your device and re-appears if you resubscribe.
